IT Solutions Architect for Agile Development

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive IT Applications Specialist to join our dynamic IT team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the administration and management of critical Engineering Applications, especially for Atlassian tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Administer, configure, and maintain Atlassian Jira and Confluence instances to meet software development and project management requirements.
- Develop, roll out, and maintain solutions for Atlassian Jira and Confluence to allow effective operation of Engineering applications.
- Customize and extend tool functionalities using basic programming skills to align with specific project needs.
- Administer and manage Atlassian Jira and Confluence instances.

- Maintain architectures following industry standards for Service and Application Architecture.
- Support integrations between various IT applications and tools.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
- Apply Agile methodologies, Scrum practices, Lean principles, and ITIL processes.
- Participate in IT projects and provide technical expertise.
- Provide technical support to end-users.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Good English language skills spoken and written (German is a plus).
- Experience in administering Atlassian Jira and Confluence.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum practices, and Lean principles.
- Familiarity with ITIL practices and their application in IT project management.
- Basic programming skills to customize and extend tool functionalities.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving application-related issues.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycles and version control practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous customer service experience in an IT or technical support role.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
