Content Strategy Lead

We are seeking an experienced Content Strategy Lead who can develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that drives pipeline growth, thought leadership, and brand authority.

The ideal candidate will own the full content engine, shaping editorial strategy, producing and repurposing assets, and distributing across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and executing a content strategy aligned with business goals
  • Owning the editorial calendar: Plan, produce, and optimize content across formats
  • Driving strategy: Align content with business objectives—pipeline generation, brand awareness, and client trust
  • Repurposing like a pro: Turn one big idea into a dozen pieces of content across channels
  • Collaborating cross-functionally: Partner with sales, founders, and operations to capture stories, proof points, and differentiators
  • Measuring & optimizing: Track performance and continuously refine what works
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent hands-on experience)
  • 4-6 years of experience primarily in B2B content marketing
  • Proven track record of building content programs that drive measurable results
