We are seeking a professional with at least 2+ years' experience working on Australian Self-Managed Superannuation Funds (SMSFs). The ideal candidate will be confident using Class Super and Excel, with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Process and manage SMSF accounting and compliance tasks within Class Super.
  • Prepare workpapers, reconciliations, and reports for SMSF clients.
  • Assist with preparation of financial statements, tax returns, and regulatory documents.
  • Perform bank reconciliations, investment reconciliations, and member statements.
  • Ensure compliance with ATO and Superannuation Industry requirements.
  • Work closely with auditors, administrators, and financial planners as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for SMSF clients.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2+ years' experience working with SMSFs in Australia.
  • Strong working knowledge of Class Super.
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel (reconciliations, formulas, data analysis).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
