Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality of our web applications and integrations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Test and validate integrations between systems
  • Review user stories, integration requirements, and API documentation for testability and clarity
  • Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases for data flows, workflows, and process automation
  • Verify data mapping, synchronization, and error handling between connected systems
  • Perform functional, regression, exploratory, and UAT testing on platform features and enhancements
  • Test and validate BI reports and dashboards for data accuracy, visualization, and usability
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; equivalent experience considered
  • Minimum of two years of professional experience in QA, software testing, or a related technical role
  • Basic understanding of web applications, APIs (REST, SOAP), and data flows
  • Familiarity with SQL for data validation and analysis
