About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Davao. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring that our clients receive timely, accurate, and professional support.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Handling incoming calls from customers proficiently and assessing their needs to provide personalized guidance.
  • Maintaining optimal call durations while ensuring a friendly, informative, and helpful approach.
  • Upholding productivity and quality benchmarks, as well as exhibiting a sense of urgency in addressing customer queries.
  • Escalating customer issues accurately and promptly, and delivering timely and professional customer service.
  • Maintaining a positive and professional attitude, reflecting positively on our company.
