About the Role

This position is responsible for delivering top-notch support services to clients in a 24x7 environment. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent time management abilities.

As a Senior Technical Analyst/M365 Support Engineer, you will work collaboratively with other team members to ensure speedy resolution of client issues. This role requires taking ownership of cases escalated to Microsoft, managing communications between customers and vendors, setting up troubleshooting calls, and accurately logging time into the system.

  • Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are achieved by taking ownership and responsibility for cases that come into the Support Management Center (SMC).
  • Monitor queues for incoming alerts and incidents.
  • Work closely with the Technical Escalation and Service Delivery teams regarding root cause analysis, escalations, and reports.
About You

We are looking for an individual with a strong understanding of cloud technologies, primarily Azure and M365. Applicants should be keen to learn and develop their career in IT. The team focuses on continued improvements, collectively and individually. Engineers are encouraged to achieve regular Microsoft accreditations to drive growth within the team and stay up-to-date in an ever-changing industry.
