Marketing Automation Specialist

We're seeking a skilled Marketing Automation Specialist to join our team.

About the Role

This role involves setting up and configuring software according to company requirements, customizing settings to align with business processes and goals, and ensuring seamless integration with existing tools and platforms.

You will identify opportunities for automation within software and implement automated workflows, creating and managing automated campaigns, including email sequences, SMS, and follow-up sequences.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • GHL Software Setup and Configuration: Set up and configure GHL software according to company requirements; customize GHL settings to align with business processes and goals; ensure seamless integration with existing tools and platforms.
  • Process Automation: Identify opportunities for automation within GHL and implement automated workflows; create and manage automated campaigns, including email sequences, SMS, and follow-up sequences; optimize automated processes to enhance efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
  • Lead Management: Set up lead capture forms, landing pages, and funnels in GHL; set up lead follow up pipelines; configure lead scoring and segmentation; implement lead nurturing strategies to maximize conversion rates.
  • CRM Management: Customize and manage the GHL CRM to meet business needs; ensure accurate data entry and maintenance; create and manage pipelines, deals, and contact records.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Develop and manage marketing campaigns using GHL; set up and track email, SMS, and social media campaigns; analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.
  • Client Communication: Configure communication channels within GHL (email, SMS, chat); set up and manage appointment scheduling and reminders; ensure consistent and professional communication with clients.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards in GHL; monitor key metrics and KPIs; provide regular updates and reports to management.
  • Training and Support: Train team members on using GHL effectively; provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for GHL-related issues; stay up-to-date with GHL updates and best practices.
About You

To succeed in this role, you should have a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, as well as 5 years of experience in using GHL for marketing automation and campaign management.

You should also have a strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, effective communication and client-facing abilities, detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.

Up-to-date knowledge of GHL features, updates, and integrations is required.
