We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that drives business growth and engagement.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media platforms, email marketing, and content creation. You will also be experienced in managing paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta, as well as creating and implementing AI-driven workflows and automations for marketing and client engagement.

In this role, you will work closely with our cross-functional team to develop and execute marketing strategies that meet our business objectives. You will also be responsible for tracking and optimizing campaign performance, ensuring strong ROI across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage, and repurpose content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn
  • Design and distribute engaging email newsletters using B-roll and branded assets
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta
  • Monitor financial industry trends and news to create timely, compliant content
  • Prepare all content for internal and external compliance approval workflows
  • Build and manage AI-driven workflows and automations for marketing and client engagement
  • Leverage AI tools for content ideation, personalization, and scheduling
  • Track and optimize campaign performance, ensuring strong ROI across platforms

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years' experience in digital marketing with proven results
  • Proficiency with social media platforms, Canva, and video editing tools
  • Demonstrated experience with Google Ads and Meta campaign management
  • Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, Notion AI, etc.)
  • Ability to create and manage end-to-end marketing automation workflows
