  5. Contribute to month-end closing and financial reporting.
  6. Address vendor inquiries and resolve discrepancies professionally.
  7. Collaborate with teams to obtain necessary approvals and document flow.
  8. Execute electronic payments, BPay, and ABA files in a timely manner.
  9. Comply with company policies and accounting standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (desired).
  • 3+ years of experience in AP roles, demonstrating full-cycle AP processes understanding.
  • Accounting software proficiency, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
  • Auditing experience is an advantage.
