About the Role:
- Develop operational philosophies and formulate strategies for assigned water supply facilities operations.
- Promote a culture of excellence in safety, quality, and customer service.
- Prepare and implement preventive and corrective action programs to mitigate risks.
- Coordinate and communicate planned activities and emergency repairs to stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Directs facility personnel and institutes plant policies and procedures.
- Formulates operational philosophies of assigned water supply facilities operations.
- Prepare preventive and corrective action programs and SOPs as mitigation to risks on operation.
- Coordinates and communicates facility operation planned activities and emergency repairs to the line manager and to the concerned department.
- Oversight materials inventory in the assigned facility.
- Recommends strategic and tactical plans on water treatment plant operations, intake, and treated reservoir for system improvements.
- Develops and recommends improvement plans for the assigned facility.
- Implement facility protocols during project execution indicated in the capital investment plan.
- Prepare annual budget.
- Supervise expenditures from the approved budget.
- Develop programs and procedures of innovative strategies to improve operational efficiency.
- Develop maintenance plans and programs for all facility assets.
- Direct team on the implementation of facility maintenance and troubleshooting, and equipment upgrades based on CAR.
- Provide input to the annual asset management plan.
- Develop QMS and process SOPs.
- Comply with all legal requirements on time as required by regulating bodies.
- Act as the Safety officer and PCO in compliance with all legal requirements required of the role.
