Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Accounting Manager to oversee the daily operations of our accounting department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, excellent analytical skills, and at least 8 years of experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day accounting activities and develop controls, SLAs, and KPIs to ensure optimal performance.
  • Oversee the stabilization of newly transitioned processes and implement established controls and KPIs as needed.
  • Serve as a second-level escalation point and line manager for team leaders, providing guidance and support as required.
  • Conduct pre-process training and FTE Calculation Review to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in Accounting graduate with at least 8 years of experience.
  • Preferably Certified Public Accountant / MBA.
  • Prior experience as a Controller is highly desirable.
  • At least 3-5 years' experience in Record to Report (RTR), Financial Reporting/Analysis in a managerial capacity and outsourcing/offshoring/Shared Services setup.
  • Knowledgeable in accounting software preferably SAP, Quickbooks, NetSuite or Xero.
  • Conversant in IFRS and US GAAP.
  • Ability to work on shifting schedules including graveyard shifts and during PH Holidays.
  • Amenable to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa when work-in-office resumes.
  • Can start ASAP.
