Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced content developer to create engaging educational materials for our clients in the financial education sector.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in developing clear and compelling English copy, as well as experience creating certification course materials, blogs, and whitepapers.

  • Write clear, concise, and compelling copy that informs and instructs various audiences.
  • Interpret content briefs to understand assigned tasks and underlying asks, following up where more information is needed.
  • Engage with client SMEs and teams to understand key takeaways and calls to action (CTAs) and behavior it aims to influence.
  • Adhere to client brand and editorial guidelines.
  • Apply feedback from client teams and quality control editors.
  • Partner with client teams, making suggestions and bringing own ideas and expertise to the table.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop high-quality content that meets client needs and expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of content.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to inform content creation.
  • Ensure consistency in tone, style, and quality across all content.
  • Meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Requirements
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading abilities with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong interest in education, adult-learning, and finance.
  • Ability to transform content briefs into engaging courseware or narratives.
  • Strong research skills and natural curiosity to learn new topics.
  • Ability to facilitate interviews and workshops with subject matter experts to gather required input to write compelling materials.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with content and learning management systems.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in content development roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in journalism, Communications, English or equivalent experience.
  • Reliable home internet service.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours.
