Job Description

We are seeking a creative professional to join our team as a Content Creator. As a Content Creator, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality design across digital media and supporting campaigns with exceptional content.

You will work closely with our marketing team to develop engaging content that aligns with our brand standards. Your tasks will include reviewing input, ingesting tasks into the creative workflow, translating concepts into polished outputs, and providing guidance on UX, voiceovers, music, and visual effects.

In addition, you will create graphics packages for web experiences, video, or digital brand standards; edit animations and render audio/video to technical specs. You will also log, organize, format, label, and assist with distribution and archiving as needed.

Your role will involve presenting ideas to colleagues and clients, explaining creative reasoning and alignment with briefs, and generating and iterating on multiple concept options.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience working within brand systems, standards, and tool kits
  • Experience with web-build platforms (WordPress, Drupal) and asset-build/manage tools (Canva)
  • Understanding of email platforms (Outlook, Mailchimp) and social media channel requirements
  • Proficiency in InDesign, Excel, Word; basic understanding of mobile-first digital design
  • Excellent verbal communication and ability to articulate thoughts clearly
