Virtual Marketing Leader

We are seeking a Virtual Marketing Leader to lead our marketing engine end-to-end.

This role gives you the autonomy to build, measure, and scale campaigns that truly make a difference.

  • You will own all marketing activities, campaigns, and reporting
  • Manage SEO and local SEO agencies, content writers, and vendors
  • Oversee paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Google; expand into new platforms
  • Run segmented email campaigns and direct mail through HubSpot
  • Build workflows for lead nurturing and sales automation
  • Track and report on KPIs: visitors, leads, cost per lead, ROAS
  • Collaborate with Sales & Operations to ensure smooth marketing-to-sales handoff
About the Role
  • A strong understanding of paid ads, SEO, and email campaigns is required
  • Data-driven, comfortable with KPIs and analytics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Organized self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Success Metrics
  • 30% year-over-year growth in qualified leads
  • ROAS 3.0 across paid campaigns
  • CPL consistently under $50
  • Campaigns executed on time and aligned with sales goals

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of marketing management experience and proficiency with HubSpot (marketing + sales automation).
