Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Senior UX Designer to contribute to our product strategy and enhance user interactions.
- Provide strategic input and break down complex tasks for efficient execution.
- Lead user research, recruit participants, facilitate discussions and present findings.
- Develop heuristic evaluations, wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes to address user needs.
- Write effective UI copy and contribute to our design system.
- Identify usability issues and prioritize improvements with product managers.
- Communicate design rationales in relation to customer feedback and business objectives.
- Collaborate with diverse teams and lead workshops to create an inclusive user experience.
- Deliver projects on time, articulating their impact to stakeholders.
- 5+ years in UX design, with 1-2 years at a senior level.
- Proven experience with low-fi to hi-fi design processes.
- Ability to foster an inclusive environment and collaborate across disciplines.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Commitment to continuous learning and growth.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and expertise in Figma.
- Full-time role with US shift and work-from-home setup.
