Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage and optimize data handling processes across various departments, including Operations, Quality, Training, Onboarding, Fulfillment, and HR.

The successful candidate will develop comprehensive reporting frameworks that support data-driven decision making, design and implement executive dashboards and operational reporting systems for leadership teams, create department-specific analytics and performance measurement tools, and establish KPIs and metrics that drive organizational performance and accountability.

The ideal candidate will have 2-6+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related analytical roles, proficiency in SQL querying, proven experience with reporting and visualization tools, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong communication skills, ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders, and experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Requirements:

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
