Job Opportunity

We are seeking a senior individual contributor to serve as the team's critical thinker and builder, designing executive-ready reports/dashboards.

This role blends hands-on analytics with process excellence, release/UAT gating, and executive-facing communication. Partnering with Business Analysts, Management Analysts/Reporting Developers, Operations/WFM, and Directors/VPs, this role ensures KPIs are accurately defined, reliably delivered, and translated into clear actions and outcomes.

The Lead will partner with Supervisors, the Senior Business Analyst, and stakeholders to diagnose cross-department processes, design future-state workflows and KPI frameworks, execute change, govern the enterprise playbook, and communicate effectively.

About the Role
  • Design and develop reports, dashboards, and scorecards using Power BI, Excel, and SQL
  • Own the KPI Management process and ensure data quality from source to scorecard
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and improve processes
Requirements
  • Strong Power BI/Tableau, Advanced Excel, and SQL skills
  • Proven experience defining KPI catalogs, implementing data-quality rules, and managing release/UAT gates
  • Bachelor's degree in business, MIS, Industrial Engineering, Data Science/Analytics, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications
  • Excel, Power Query, Power BI, or other BI tools certification
  • Data Analytics experience in a Call Center environment
  • Several high-valued analytics projects implemented
