We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Support Project Coordinator to join our team at Sourcefit DR. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in facilitating and coordinating the work of multiple project teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Issue Resolution: Identify and work to remove barriers to successful completion of the overall project, with particular emphasis on resolving issues with subcontractors.
- Project Status Updates: Provide timely project status updates to the Project Managers, submitting for resolution those problems and issues that cannot be resolved at lower levels.
- Database Management: Maintain and update the company database.
- Reporting: Generate customized reports and utilize VLOOKUP functionality.
- Contract Management: Create and track contracts, purchase orders, submittals, and complete project close-out manuals.
- Vendor Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact with external vendor representatives and functional consultants on overall strategic and technical project matters.
- Correspondence: Handle all correspondence between the general contractor, owner, architect, and subcontractors.
- Task Assignment: Assign work in OFS to crews/contractors.
- Tracking: Monitor and update spreadsheet trackers.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree or 5 years of equivalent work experience.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to resolve complex problems and issues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- A construction background.
- Purchasing experience.
- Norad and Oracle experience is a plus.
- Telecom experience is required.
