The successful candidate will have strong technical knowledge in mechanical engineering, CAD applications, and construction project management. They will coordinate with various stakeholders to prepare pre-construction documents, analyze materials, and ensure project compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Document preparation: Prepare method statements, inspection/test plans, and other pre-construction documents.
  • Material analysis: Analyze incoming materials against approved submittals and specifications.
  • Installation coordination: Coordinate installation activities with other trades and conduct site inspections.
  • Documentation maintenance: Maintain approved documentation files and document testing activities for client submissions.
  • Project administration: Verify material quantities and support project invoicing.

Requirements

  • Education: Graduate of BS Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • Certification: Must be a Registered Mechanical or Electrical Engineer
  • Experience: At least 3-5 years work experience in the related field
  • Additional Requirements: Willing to do field works/branch visits if needed
