About the Role

This position involves working closely with clients to understand their financial needs and develop tailored solutions to meet those needs. As a Healthcare Financial Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on financial matters related to healthcare, including salary structures, incentives, and benefits packages.

We offer a highly competitive salary range of $26,000 - $30,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to this, we provide a one-time signing bonus of $15,000, making this an attractive opportunity for professionals looking to advance their careers.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have at least 1 year of solid BPO experience, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment. You should also be able to work independently, think critically, and possess excellent communication skills.

We are not holding final interviews for this position. Instead, we will conduct an initial assessment to gauge your skills and qualifications before proceeding to the next stage.
