Legal Compliance Professional Role

This is an opportunity to work as a Legal and Compliance Analyst at a leading organization.

The Legal and Compliance Analyst will be responsible for assisting in the documentation and record-keeping of the Legal and Compliance teams, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.

Key tasks include supporting audits and corrective actions, guaranteeing compliance with necessary regulations and standards.

In addition, the successful candidate will provide operational support for the compliance program, helping to ensure smooth execution of all processes.

The role also involves providing basic support for the legal team, including reviewing simple NDAs and agreements, and contract intake support.

Furthermore, the Legal and Compliance Analyst will assist with management of internal legal and compliance tools, including the contract management system.

Effective collaboration with other departments is crucial to ensure understanding and compliance with regulations.

Requirements
  • Strong Communication Skills:
  • A college degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field is preferred.
  • Familiarity or interest in Legal & Compliance, and standards and regulations is essential.
  • A strong desire to learn and self-starter mindset is required.
  • The ability to remain calm under pressure is vital.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills are necessary.
  • The ability to work autonomously and exercise sound judgment independently when required.
