Job Title: CMS Coordinator

Fully Remote Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled CMS Manager to join our team. As a key member of our content management team, you will be responsible for uploading and managing content for multiple brands in our Content Management System.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Upload and manage content for multiple brands in the Content Management System.
  • Work with translation teams to ensure accurate translation and localisation of content.
  • Coordinate with the design team for multimedia content readiness.
  • Conduct basic quality checks for formatting and consistency.
  • Coordinate with multiple teams (design, CRM, Casino, SEO).
  • Ensure content is formatted correctly and meets quality standards before publication.
  • Manage translation timelines and publish translated content on schedule.
  • Act as a liaison between different departments for smooth content operations.
  • Provide regular updates on content status.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the online gambling industry, with hands-on experience managing Content Management Systems.
  • Strong command of English; proficiency in an additional language is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to work proactively and independently, as well as part of a team
