Migration Specialist Needed

We're seeking an experienced Migration Specialist to lead the migration of our existing website to HubSpot CMS.

This is a project-based role with the potential to extend into additional work across other HubSpot Hubs, including Marketing, Sales, and Service Hub (Pro edition).

The ideal candidate will have proven experience migrating websites to HubSpot CMS and a strong understanding of HubSpot's Marketing, Sales, and especially Service Hub Pro tools.

A successful candidate will also have familiarity with support migrations from Freshdesk or similar platforms, competency in front-end development (HTML, CSS, HubL), and excellent communication skills.

Bonus: experience working with SaaS companies or startups is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Migrate our entire marketing website (approximately 15 pages) to HubSpot CMS, ensuring clean code, responsive design, and optimized performance.
  • Ensure SEO best practices are followed during migration, including meta tags, alt text, and structured data optimization.
  • Set up key HubSpot tools across Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs to align with company goals.
  • Lead the migration from Freshdesk to HubSpot Service Hub, ensuring proper configuration of ticket pipelines, automation, knowledge base, and live chat.

Project Timeline:

Initial scope is estimated at 2-4 weeks with potential for continued collaboration depending on performance and future needs.
