We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the technical delivery of Market Management Systems (MMS) offerings, ensuring contractual commitments are met and supporting customer implementations across various regions. The ideal candidate will have a high level of customer contact, technical expertise, and collaboration with global teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive technical implementation and development of MMS solutions for major customers.
  • Cultivate effective communication and execution among internal teams and external clients.
  • Foster customer relationships, providing guidance and establishing trust.
  • Promote collaboration across functions to achieve project goals and quality standards.
  • Advocate continuous improvement in tools and processes.
  • Implement Agile and DevOps practices for efficient software deployment.
  • Manage project risks, scope, and stakeholder communication.
Qualifications:
  • Masters degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field is preferred.
  • At least 15 years of experience in technical consultancy, especially in the electrical utility industry.
  • Experience with operational technologies like MMS, EMS, DMS, OMS is essential.
  • Knowledge of energy markets and systems integration is beneficial.
