
Document Preparation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized professional to provide essential support services by preparing necessary documents, generating contract drafts, and maintaining company records.
The successful candidate will be responsible for data entry, drafting contracts according to standard procedure, identifying and ordering searches required for clients' properties, creating rapport with clients, gathering personal and confidential information, communicating progress to the internal team, creating and updating records, meeting performance requirements, and providing accurate service fees and charges to clients.
Key responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Preparing necessary documents and generating contract drafts
- Maintaining company records and ensuring compliance with procedures
- Providing exceptional customer service and communicating effectively with various stakeholders
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree and have experience working with legal concepts, definitions, and documentation. They will also require excellent written and verbal skills, critical thinking skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

This role works mostly in a work-from-home setup requiring a conducive home office free from noise and distraction. A wired internet connection of at least 50mbps and reliable backup internet with at least 10mbps speed are necessary.
