Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 technical consultant to provide expert-level support and guidance on implementing, configuring, and customizing the corporate Dynamics environments. The ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge of the corporate Dynamics systems and all ancillary systems that interact with it.

The successful candidate will participate in business requirements gathering conversations and translate business needs into technical plans and designs. They will work closely with other teams to support existing and new business application needs. Additionally, they will contribute to ongoing creation and maintenance of documentation, departmental technical procedures, and user guides on business processes and applications.

  • Gaining in-depth technical and business process knowledge to understand and represent the business platforms.
  • Participating in business requirements gathering conversations and translating business needs into technical plans and designs.
  • Proactively working with other teams to support existing and new business application needs.
  • Contributing to ongoing creation and maintenance of documentation, departmental technical procedures, and user guides on business processes and applications.
Requirements:
  • 4-year degree in technology, business, or related area of study and/or 5+ years of relevant experience in information technology.
  • Deep technical knowledge of the corporate Dynamics environments and all ancillary systems that interact with it (Dataverse, Power Apps, etc.).
  • Minimum of 2-5+ years' experience implementing, configuring, and/or customizing Microsoft's Dynamics with large/enterprise companies.
  • 1 year of experience working with Microsoft Dataverse.
  • 1 year of experience working with the Microsoft Power Platform.
  • 2+ years of experience soliciting information for, drafting, building a business case within, and presenting solution proposals / requirements.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical expertise to support the implementation, configuration, and customization of the corporate Dynamics environments. They will also be responsible for contributing to the development of technical procedures, user guides, and other documentation related to business processes and applications.

In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will be expected to stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the field and to share their knowledge with other team members.
