Support our organization by providing exceptional technical support to our clients as a Trading Systems Specialist. This role requires expertise in managing business-critical systems, identifying and resolving complex incidents, and ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders.

  • Develop and implement proactive strategies to manage real-time trading systems, middle office systems, back office, and settlement systems.
  • Collaborate with internal IT support functions and external vendors to troubleshoot and resolve complex incidents.

Key Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of electronic trading systems, middle office applications, and back office/settlement systems.
  • Experience working in an ITIL environment and supporting production applications on Unix and Windows environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to develop new skills as required.
