The role of Corporate Accounting Specialist is critical to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Process bank transactions from each account according to established procedures.
- Assist with end-of-month reconciliation for assigned client accounts.
- Reconcile client credit card activity.
- Follow up with clients on unrecorded income/expenses during monthly financial reviews.
- Record payroll transactions using templates.
- Aid in accounting cleanup tasks such as revenue coding, payroll, and balance sheet accounts.
- Demonstrate a background in accounting or understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Show intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Possess good written communication skills.
- Display excellent problem-solving skills.
- Be detail-oriented and able to learn new concepts with guidance.
- Experience working with Xero software.
- Understanding of property management accounting principles.
- Familiarity with the NARPM Standard Chart of Accounts.
