
Leads Development Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Lead Generator to identify and engage potential clients in the recruitment and staffing sector.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for researching and identifying potential clients through diverse channels and strategies, reaching out via email, calls, and other platforms to introduce our recruitment solutions and spark interest, building relationships with potential clients and qualifying leads for the sales team, maintaining an updated CRM database with all interactions, insights, and progress, and collaborating closely with the team to refine targeting, messaging, and lead-generation strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Identifying Opportunities: Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients and develop effective strategies to reach them.
- Engaging Prospects: Develop and implement a outreach plan to introduce our recruitment solutions and build relationships with potential clients.
- Nurturing Leads: Qualify leads and work closely with the sales team to convert them into paying customers.
- Maintaining Organization: Maintain an up-to-date CRM database with all interactions, insights, and progress.
- Collaborating for Success: Work closely with the team to refine targeting, messaging, and lead-generation strategies.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in lead generation, preferably in the recruiting/staffing industry.
- Proven Results: A track record of meeting or exceeding lead-generation targets.
- Strong Skills: Excellent communication, research, and CRM expertise.
- Independent and Motivated: Ability to work independently and take initiative to achieve goals.
- Recruitment Knowledge: Familiarity with US-based recruiting practices is essential.
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM MST (US Shift).
- Pay: $600/month + commission pay.
