
Compliance Policy Manager

This role serves as the central hub for organizational policies and procedures, ensuring seamless coordination across departments and functions.
Main Responsibilities- Policies Development & Compliance
- Curate and maintain a master library of current policies and archived versions.
- Track and enforce review cycles, coordinate timely updates, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Ensure all policies reflect current practices and are compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Policy Implementation & Stakeholder Engagement
- Draft new policies and procedures based on leadership directives or changes in regulatory requirements.
- Engage with stakeholders for feedback and incorporate suggested changes into finalized documents.
- Prepare documents for approval and publication in the organization's official policy repository.
- Regulatory Reporting Oversight
- Maintain a comprehensive calendar of required reports for licensing, funding, and accreditation entities.
- Coordinate with assigned departments to ensure timely submission of required documentation.
- Track submission status and ensure accuracy and completeness of report contents.
- Compliance Meetings Coordination
- Schedule recurring meetings for compliance, quality assurance, performance improvement, and risk management.
- Create agendas, track attendance, document minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Ensure all required meetings occur on schedule and are appropriately documented.
- Policies Inquiry Response & Gap Resolution
- Provide accurate responses and guidance to staff regarding existing policies and procedures.
- Identify gaps in existing documentation and draft new policies or procedures when necessary.
- Facilitate the full review and approval process for new documents.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Master's preferred).
- 3–5 years of experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, or policy management within a healthcare or behavioral health organization.
- Familiarity with relevant regulations, strong technical writing skills, and proficiency with cloud-based document systems.
- Ability to work independently, cross-functionally, and hold leaders accountable for policy reviews and contributions.
- Experience working with AI tools to support drafting and research tasks.
