Job Description

As a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper and Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in maintaining financial accuracy and ensuring smooth administrative processes across three U.S.-based companies.

The client is seeking an individual with a strong emphasis on professionalism and relationship-building to join their remote team. You will be responsible for managing all billing processes, maintaining detailed transaction and agent spreadsheets, and auditing real estate contracts to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Bookkeeping & Billing: Maintain and reconcile QuickBooks Online files for three companies, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Data Management: Maintain detailed transaction and agent spreadsheets.
  • Compliance & Auditing: Audit real estate contracts to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
  • Administrative Support: Coordinate vendor schedules, answer and route calls on the company phone line, and handle general administrative tasks.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of proven experience with QuickBooks Online.
  • Solid understanding of U.S. tax laws.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication.
