We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will play a vital role in advancing renewable energy solutions by analyzing complex data sets and identifying trends, patterns, and insights relevant to business objectives.
">Key Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and drive business decisions
- Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support data-driven decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions
- Design and implement data models to support analytics and reporting needs
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and validation processes
- Translate business needs into technical requirements for data analysis and reporting
- Provide actionable recommendations based on data insights to improve performance and efficiency
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong background in data analytics, statistics, or a related field
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent
- Experience in SQL, data modeling, and database management
- Knowledge of data analytics methodologies and tools relevant to the energy and natural resources sector
- Exposure in Salesforce integration to Power BI
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work with large datasets
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders
