Senior IC Layout Designer

Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Senior IC Layout Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality IC layouts that meet the complex challenges of today's technology.

As a seasoned designer, you will collaborate with our worldwide team to deliver high-performance solutions for semiconductor testing. Your expertise in IC layout design, coupled with your ability to mentor and train new engineers, will enable us to drive innovation and excellence in our designs.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. You will also contribute to process improvements and best-practice initiatives, helping to shape the future of our design capabilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in analog block level layout design
  • Strong knowledge in semiconductor device physics, cross-section, and construction
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Ability to work effectively in a global team environment
