Key Responsibilities:

  • Support marketing initiatives in collaboration with the Head of Marketing and Communications.
  • Develop marketing materials using tools like Adobe InDesign, Canva, and social media platforms.
  • Ensure all materials align with Emapta Global's brand style guidelines.
  • Monitor website functionality and update content for the corporate website, Adviser Centre, and Staff Centre.
  • Develop, monitor, evaluate, and report on digital marketing activities (e.g., display ads, SEO, SEM) using tools like Google Analytics and Meta.
  • Produce digital media content such as presentations, animated videos, social media posts, EDMs, and infographics.
  • Assist with HTML and CSS coding for various projects.

Websites:

  • Develop and maintain multiple websites for Emapta Global advisers using WordPress CMS.
  • Manage technology aspects like domain registration, email setup, hosting, and security.
  • Collaborate with the team to create project sitemaps, SEO content, and wireframes.
  • Set up Google Analytics and follow SEO best practices, including indexing via Google Console.
  • Provide technical advice and manage website updates, plugins, and security measures.
  • Handle project briefs, from initial concept through implementation and testing.
  • Train advisers to manage website operations, including content uploads and page additions.
