The Data Analyst (Digital Marketing Specialist) at Evident will play a critical role in enabling smarter, data-driven decisions that shape effective client strategies and drive enterprise goals. In this role, you will:

  • Leverage digital marketing expertise to inform strategy and actionable insights
  • Utilize social listening and news monitoring platforms to gather and analyze trends
  • Develop and manage ad strategies across major platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Produce data-driven insights and recommendations that support strategic business decisions

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Director of Strategy, the Data Analyst (Digital Marketing Specialist) is expected to:

Campaign Reporting

  • Lead the preparation of analytics reports for internal and external audiences, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and professionalism.
  • Generate clear, coherent data reports with actionable insights, free of typographical and data errors.

Digital Advertising Management

  • Design, execute, and optimize ad strategies across social media platforms
  • Establish performance monitoring processes, producing monthly performance reports with optimization recommendations.
  • Implement or creatively troubleshoot optimizations as needed for maximum campaign efficacy.

Insights Generation for Strategy Development

  • Formulate and execute digital marketing strategies with robust data collection and measurement frameworks as part of a client pitch or an ongoing contract with Evident's clients
  • Set up and maintain industry and client-specific monitoring dashboards to facilitate ongoing trendspotting and competitive analysis
  • Analyze datasets across e-commerce, digital marketing, and/or computing to generate actionable insights and provide data-driven recommendations that directly influence strategic direction and client outcomes.

Marketing Technology Awareness and Knowledge Sharing

  • Stay updated on the latest developments in marketing technology, digital tools, social media platforms, and analytics platforms
  • Regularly assess and adopt relevant technology updates that could enhance Evident's marketing and data capabilities
  • Conduct internal training sessions and share insights with team members to ensure the organization is informed and equipped to leverage new tools and strategies effectively

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business/data analytics
  • Proficiency in SEO, SEM, PPC, content marketing, and online advertising
  • Demonstrated ability to understand digital metrics and KPIs and drive insights through experimentation, optimization, and A/B testing
  • Skilled in using social listening and analytics platforms (e.g., Meltwater).
  • Expertise in data visualization, report generation, and performance analysis.
  • At least 2 years of experience in ad placement and management on platforms like Meta, Google, and LinkedIn
  • Familiarity with trends in marketing and algorithm updates
