Job Overview

As a Data Configuration Analyst, you will be responsible for driving outcomes for customers during their implementation journey. You will work closely with our Customer Experience Delivery teams to ensure accurate and timely system configuration, data quality, and identification of configuration data issues.

Responsibilities
  • Support customers and teams on all aspects of implementations.
  • Ensure the completeness of data entry maintenance on project systems while communicating clearly with stakeholders and exceeding their expectations.
  • Be part of transformative change in the way we help customers implement our platform.
  • Work alongside Implementation Consultants and customer support teams with opportunities to learn and grow within a dynamic start-up culture.
  • Perform system configuration, check and analyze configuration issues, and carry out necessary resolutions and action items.
  • Complete administrative tasks including systems updates, data entry, data review and input, project updates and other ad-hoc requests.
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and security.
  • Assist with keeping internal tools and tracking systems up to date.
Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant qualification OR 2+ years' experience in HR/Payroll SaaS configuration environment.
  • Experience in processing and reviewing large data sets and data entry.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work autonomously.
