Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated professional to assist in the operational execution of category initiatives and strategies. The successful candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Provide timely analysis and recommendations on category performance and drivers.
  • Assist in evaluating project progress and ensuring projects reach expected goals.
  • Develop project plans and track project progress to achieve desired outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Analyse key business performance indicators and identify areas for improvement.
  • Co-lead the preparation of project status reports, including progress, issues, and risks.
  • Help plan and implement other category activities, responsible for conducting market research.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of working experience.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
