As a Performance Improvement Specialist at Satellite Office, you will be responsible for driving operational efficiency and enhancing Sales Operations processes. You will work closely with departmental leaders to align the Sales Operations team with the client's goals and objectives.

This role requires strong analytical skills, exceptional leadership abilities, and a proven track record of establishing measurable KPIs and driving results toward those KPIs in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement process improvements to drive operational efficiency and enhance Sales Operations processes.
  • Collaborate with departmental leaders to support team alignment with the client's goals and objectives.
  • Oversee the day-to-day activities of the Sales Operations team to ensure that resources are utilized efficiently.
  • Monitor day-to-day operations to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Conduct and oversee annual performance reviews for team members to identify areas for improvement and develop growth plans.
  • Handle and resolve customer escalations and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Make data-driven decisions based on reporting platforms to support business growth and development.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with Sales Directors and Account Managers to drive business success.
  • Lead and participate in large complex order processes with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient completion.
