About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to play a pivotal role in shaping the backbone of our platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the core infrastructure that powers our global SaaS system.

The position requires expertise in managing database clusters, load balancers, and Linux/Azure systems that drive the entire platform. This individual's work directly impacts the platform's speed, reliability, and scalability, enabling our rapid expansion into new markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Optimize MariaDB clusters and MaxScale load balancers for high availability.
  • Administer Ubuntu Linux servers on Azure VMs, including patching, tuning, and automation.
  • Manage and optimize Azure resources including Traffic Manager, load balancers, and networking.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience as a MySQL or Maria DBA (cloud or hybrid).
  • Strong skills in MariaDB clustering and replication preferred but not required.
  • Hands-on experience with Linux (Ubuntu) and Azure administration.
  • Performance tuning, backup, and disaster recovery knowledge.
