Job Role

A skilled healthcare professional is sought to fill a dual role that combines medical expertise with administrative support in our dynamic organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first aid and medical care to employees on-site and document incidents.
  • Coordinate health services for employees, including scheduling appointments and preparing reports.
  • Manage employee medical records according to established policies and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Maintain a safe and organized clinic environment, including inventory management and equipment maintenance.
  • Respond to occupational health concerns and emergencies promptly and effectively.
  • Promote workplace health and safety awareness through training and guidance.
  • Collaborate with management teams to communicate updates and ensure seamless operations.
Administrative Support:
  • Assist with benefits processing, including SSS sickness and maternity benefits.
  • Complete surveys and reports for headcount and other purposes.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Provide backup support for administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid nursing license.
  • Certifications: OHNAP or BOSH for Nurses required.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a healthcare or occupational health setting.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and standards.
  • Familiarity with MS Office applications (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
  • Ability to conduct health assessments and training sessions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • Experience with wellness programs and employee health initiatives.
Additional Requirements:
  • Willingness to work in Makati - Onsite.
  • Flexibility to work night or graveyard shifts.
  • Availability to start immediately.
