
Programmatic Media Specialist

The role of Programmatic Media Specialist is a key position within our organization, requiring expertise in managing the full lifecycle of client campaigns across multiple platforms.
This specialist will possess deep knowledge of leading SSPs and DSPs, as well as a broad understanding of the ever-evolving programmatic media landscape.
Key Responsibilities:- Deal Setup & Audience Build:
- Create targeted audience segments using AI-powered tools, aligned to client specifications
- Automate PMP Deal ID generation and name inventory packages accordingly
- Technical Configuration & QA:
- Implement and verify ad tags, pixels, and tracking URLs across various platforms
- Conduct thorough campaign QA checklists and secure internal approval
- Platform Deployment & Troubleshooting (SSP/DSP):
- Configure, test, and resolve issues with SSP integrations and inventory feeds
- Deploy deals into DSP seats and monitor for setup errors
- Troubleshoot integration problems across multiple DSPs and SSPs
- Performance Monitoring & Optimization:
- Analyze live campaign metrics daily and generate performance reports
- Identify under-delivery or sub-optimal win-rates and adjust bids, caps, and inventory mix to optimize performance
- Margin Management:
- Track campaign margin versus target and propose optimizations to protect profitability
- Client Escalations & Support:
- Provide first-line technical support for delivery issues, escalating complex cases to Engineering
- Continuous Improvement & Knowledge Sharing:
- Research, document, and publish new curation and optimization techniques into our TAM Handbook
- Share best practices and train peers on emerging programmatic technologies
- At least 5+ years of hands-on Technical Account Management or Programmatic Trading experience
- Deep expertise with major DSPs and SSPs
- Proficiency in ad tags, pixels, tracking URLs, bid strategies, and campaign QA processes
- Strong troubleshooting skills across the full programmatic ecosystem
- Commercial acumen—balancing performance optimization with margin protection
- Excellent communication—able to translate technical concepts for clients and cross-functional teams
