In this role, you will be responsible for managing the career and succession planning processes, facilitating succession planning meetings, and monitoring compliance to career planning and succession planning requirements.

You will also assist in the training provider management process, recommending accredited training providers, negotiating and influencing fees, preparing training contracts, and facilitating approval processes.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and development of our organization.

Required qualifications include:

  • A college graduate degree preferably in Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, or Communication.
  • At least two years hands-on experience in training execution.
