Global Resource Manager

We seek a highly skilled resource management professional to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing the allocation of client-facing staff to global and regional projects, ensuring optimal productivity and employee development.
Key Responsibilities- Manage project resources to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain resource management data integrity, identify resourcing capability gaps, and provide guidance for Learning & Development.
- Monitor commercial awareness, drive compliance to financial management systems, and identify solutions to resolve longer-term patterns.
- Build reports and dashboards to provide teams with insights for resource allocations, compliance, utilization, and metrics.
- Collaborate with colleagues to deploy staff for optimal productivity while supporting individual development objectives.
- Engage with senior leaders to understand and meet resourcing demands using various reports and tools.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Proven problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent team-based interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build business relationships and influence key stakeholders at all levels.
