Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key player in our marketing department, you will be responsible for enhancing our brand's visibility through social media management and execution of strategic marketing plans.

Main Responsibilities
  • Social Media Management: Populate and manage the social media calendar, creating engaging content using Canva templates for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Creative Content Generation: Develop high-quality social media copy aligned with our brand guidelines and tone, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
  • Post Scheduling and Optimization: Schedule and manage posts on HubSpot to maximize engagement and drive brand awareness.
  • Reporting and Insights: Conduct monthly reporting and provide valuable insights for optimizing our social media channels.
  • Collaboration and Strategy: Collaborate with the recruitment team on job content and testimonials, implementing a digital marketing content strategy across various channels.
  • Email Campaigns: Optimize email campaigns to improve deliverability, click rates, and conversion rates.
  • Content Development: Assist in developing blogs, podcasts, webinars, and other content to attract and retain clients.
Requirements
  • A degree in Marketing or equivalent, with at least 3 years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Exposure to AU/UK market and previous marketing experience in brand-related projects is ideal.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, CMS, and marketing automation software.
  • Interest in medical, healthcare, and/or recruitment sectors.
  • Proficient in CMS, marketing automation (like HubSpot), and Adobe Suite or Canva.
