Job Summary:

The PLM Analyst will serve as a system expert, responsible for managing product data across various channels. This role requires strong organizational and analytical skills to ensure seamless collaboration with Product Development, Compliance, Sourcing, and global manufacturing teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain accurate product specifications, BOMs, and key attributes in the PLM system.
  • Track revisions with full versioning logic across new product development, compliance upgrades, and sustaining changes.
Data Quality & Calendar Management:
  • Maintain high-quality product data by adhering to global standards and field-level validation rules.
  • Support seasonal update cycles, specification finalization, and sample-triggered lock dates.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with Product Development, Merchandise Planning, Compliance, Quality, Sourcing, and 3PL teams to ensure all product records meet commercialization and certification requirements.
  • Participate in milestone meetings to capture change requests and align dependencies.
System Administration & Training:
  • Act as the Asia-based Super User, handling tickets, training new users, documenting workflows, and testing enhancements.
  • Partner with the U.S. team on roadmap feedback, field structure upgrades, and audit history improvements.
