Job Summary
">We are seeking a skilled and organized Property Operations Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day management of our short and long-term rental properties.
">Responsibilities include:

- Managing all aspects of short-term rental property operations, including maintenance coordination, guest satisfaction, marketing, and compliance with local laws;">
- Overseeing long-term rental property operations, tenant relations, lease pricing, property showings, maintenance, and regulatory compliance;">
- Leading recruitment and hiring processes, including job postings, interviews, hiring decisions, and onboarding;">
- Preparing financial statements and reports; performing financial analysis; ensuring compliance with financial reporting standards;">
- Identifying and acquiring profitable real estate investments through valuation, due diligence, negotiation, and relationship management;">
- Driving business development by identifying growth opportunities, developing strategies, and conducting market research;">
- Performing administrative duties such as organizing records, handling correspondence, coordinating meetings and events, and supporting management and staff;">
