
Business Operations Assistant

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining the accuracy and completeness of our digital records. With a strong focus on data handling and process improvement, you will contribute to the growth and success of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate data entry into key business platforms, including Ascora, Monday.com, and Ontrack.
- Transcribe and migrate information from PDFs, emails, spreadsheets, and job documents into structured formats and other platforms ensuring seamless integration.
- Maintain and update digital records with utmost attention to accuracy and completeness.
- Importing/exporting data between systems as required.
- Identify gaps or inefficiencies in processes and propose improvements.
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Commit time to researching best practices for utilizing the platforms used to ensure optimal data handling.
- Collaborate with internal team members to clarify unclear inputs and ensure alignment on expectations.
- Ensure an organized digital workspace for all assigned records and files.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with any of the following platforms: Ascora, Monday.com, Ontrack.
- Background in construction, trade services, or similar industries.
- Familiarity with document processing tools and basic automation techniques.
- Working knowledge of Excel functions.
