Business Intelligence Developer Role

About the Opportunity:

This technology-enabled real estate investment and management company specializes in sustainably operating mixed-use multifamily properties.

The company leverages technology to offer a superior rental living experience to residents with a tech-inspired management platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand business requirements and design a data model to transform raw data into meaningful insights.
  • Build data transformations using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
  • Design and develop SQL Server stored procedures, functions, triggers, and views for ETL processes.
  • Document solutions (e.g., data models, configurations, and setup).
  • Develop a data warehouse and work with SSIS and SSRS reporting.
  • Analyze the current ETL process and design new systems.
  • Use Power BI and SSRS to create dashboards and interactive visual reports.
  • Collaborate with users and team members for suggestions and improvement.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • At least 5+ years of experience in data-related roles
  • Experience in Business Intelligence tools and systems like Power BI, SSRS, SSIS
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Business Intelligence Stack
  • Familiarity with Data Analysis
  • Competent in developing SSIS-based integrations with external data sources.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce data integration approaches is desired.
  • Familiarity with Yardi is a plus.
