Supply Chain Development Manager

We are seeking a strategic Supply Chain Development Manager to drive business growth through e-commerce and supplier partnerships.
This offshore role involves expanding our network of high-end furniture and premium food suppliers, nurturing commercial partnerships, and managing logistics and fulfillment to ensure efficient delivery of products.
Key Responsibilities- Negotiate and finalize supply and wholesale agreements with new suppliers.
- Onboard new suppliers and maintain product catalogs with complex pricing structures.
- Coordinate logistics and fulfillment to guarantee timely delivery of products.
- Monitor platform operations to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Track key business metrics such as profit margins, COGS, stock levels, and lead times.
- Prepare and present performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Proven experience in procurement, sourcing, or supplier management within an e-commerce environment.
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills for professional relationship management.
- Strong analytical skills with data analysis and trend identification.
- Familiarity with e-commerce operations and proficiency in using spreadsheets (Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel) and CRM tools.
- A highly organized and detail-oriented professional with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in an offshore capacity as part of a team.
