Job Opportunity: Trainer and Talent Developer

This position is designed for professionals who can provide comprehensive training and assessment services to support the success of Executive Assistants.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent development, with experience in coaching and mentoring. They should be proficient in Google Suite, Discord, and Slack for training delivery and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate EA candidates' skills and competencies, identifying areas for improvement and providing targeted recommendations;
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify strengths and weaknesses, and design interactive training sessions and workshops;
  • Provide realistic simulations to test problem-solving, multitasking, and client interaction skills;
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless training delivery and effective communication with clients;

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in training, coaching, or talent development;
  • Minimum 1 year of recent experience as a VA/EA working with US clients;
  • Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills, with ability to adapt to diverse training scenarios;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and commitment to excellence;
  • Proficiency in Google Slides, Canva, and related software for creative and engaging presentations.

This role combines talent development expertise with deep understanding of executive support dynamics to maximize placement success rates. The ideal candidate will have strong rapport-building skills with trainees and team members, flexibility and adaptability to step into various training scenarios, and a natural coaching mindset with patience for professional development.
